You win the claim to the fame of being the first person to register on these boards - which will surely impact your sexual desirability. I'll be looking for mods over the coming days, although I wouldn't want negative comments to be removed. I think we should welcome criticism. It would be great if we could have a community where you can be realistic without facing accusations of ramping either way. It's the nonsense comments I want rid of. |

I totally agree, i have no problem with fair criticism but the dross on LSE at the moment is totally out of control. Unfounded ramping/de-ramping should be moderated within reason.

Greetings all, I too am getting fed up with some of the people talking nonsense on LSE. I've been holding since Dec, Not sure if I qualify for LTH badge yet but have seen a few ups and downs over the past 8 months. |

I've been in since April with 600,000 shares average 1.9p so I'm very much small fry here but still a significant investment for me.
I do feel that LSE have a significant conflict of interest with its boards. On one hand they want the 100,000's of page refreshes/clicks they get every day but on the other they really need to clean up the boards of blatant misinformation (from both sides rampers/derampers). I cant believe they haven't been called up on to date. At least 60% of whats posted is utter crap. It does beg the question, how to create a fair and open chat board without the wallys. If we had the answer we would all be rich.

So, Lombard hold 244,460,774 shares - or 11.38% of the company. I saw a user on LSE estimate that, at Lombard's current rate of selling, they'd be clear by October - but with 38 trading days between now and October 1st, this would suggest that Lombard sell 6.4 million shares per day. Is this fanciful? On our low-turnover days, total volume barely squeaks past 10 mil - although it did hit 115 mil recently.
I can't seem to work out how Lombard's selling-rate was calculated. Does anyone know?
And of course we can only presume to know how they'll behave over the coming months.
Edit: Looks like this comment is already out-of-date. I'll read the RNS properly and update.
Edit 2: The RNS seems to be pretty clear. Lombard have sold 27,714,000 shares (or 2.22% of AST's total shares in issue) between 7/8 and 8/8. If they continue at this rate then we'll be rid of them in less than 9 trading days.

In the interest of sharing our holdings, I'm more than happy to say that I've got c1.5m shares at 2p. I've had roughly 15 top ups over the last 3 months. I really believe this has huge potential for reasons many have quoted before!
