Not deramping but do you realise that the €200m NPV will instantly decrease when gas is pumped to INA? why? Slovenian domestic gas is at a premium, was €8 but Central European is roughly €6 however, INA gas is unscrubbed and raw so will be sold at a further discount to remove the CO2 at INAs plant. The CPP will only remove the water, condensate and other liquid. who's buying the condesate (oil)? it will be interesting to see how the market reacts. of course the 90% revenues to recover the €45m will be good but at 2-3mcf per day will be slow. Btw the INA pipeline is over 23km long so certification may take a while, bearing in mind it's raw gas too I suspect this will all be done just as the IPPC is being heard at appeal? Lets hope its secured or its good night Vienna

Difficult dubs, the only way to know is to gauge the length of time it flows to INA at the rate indicated in the company presentation
However, in the absence of the IPPC the market may only use what's quantifiable I.e the INA contract .
This may mean a 35% reduction worse case scenario imo
The only official Valuation of AST was carried out in 2015 for the finance facility with a valuation of £120m but with the IPPC in place
What really needs to be done once gas is flowing is a new and up to date valuation
The reservoir is known from the 3D seismic but the deeper reservoirs are not and there is no allowance for oil
The IPPC will enable a new plant to be built putting gas into the Slovenian national grid at the premium rate but will also separate the condesate via a patented device.
If only we knew what was in the JV contract as after all Geonrrgo hold the concession and they are the IPPC applicants

Once the certificate for Ina pipeline is given there will still need to be production testing too. 23km
Remember the play is Geonergos and AST are the finance. AST Slovenia are in the JV so talk of takeover is highly unlikely and even if somebody wanted to it wouldn't be until the IPPC as true value sits with Slovenia gas not INA. This route was to force the issue.
Remember too that the existing licence runs out in 2022

Seems quite likely that the volume today may well involve the Trameta options at 2p

Probably the most controlled share on AIM.
The large buys are clearly Lombard as they are trading it to keep it in a range around 2p. They will no doubt sell into a rise.
Investors optimism is due to their complete lack of understanding of what is really happening here. There will be no takeover and a JV is already in play
