Let's use this thread for getting in-depth and dirty over the latest RNS.

Dubs what's your take on the % Lombard now have left. 9.16% as of 8/8 but some on LSE are saying that Lombard's website is saying different.

Could you provide a link to the section of Lombard's website where it disagrees with the RNS? I checked but couldn't find it.
The RNS seems to be pretty clear. They've sold 27,714,000 shares (or 2.22% of AST's total shares in issue) between 7/8 and 8/8. If they continue at this rate then we'll be rid of them in less than 9 trading days.
I'm inclined to trust the RNS, as we could run into some regulatory trouble if we're fibbing in those. If Lombard's figures are different, I'd like to know your opinion why that might be. I doubt either AST or Lombard would outright publish false accounts as they'd quickly gain a reputation for doing so.

I agree with you Dubs, it does look like another 15-20 would've been shifted between 8th & 9th. So I'm making it c175m shares and on a conservative estimate of 15-17m sales per day, I'm looking at 2 weeks for them to completely be off the market.
Please note, these include the 121m shares that have been converted as per the 31 July RNS! So this will be momentous when they're out!
